Go Ahead. Adieu.

A lot of times, we do everything in our power to avoid it. But we soon realize change is inevitable. I have so much to say, so much to write.

Yet, I haven’t found the proper space and/or forum to keep my ever changing
needs satisfied.

I won’t get rid of you, wordpress, because well, I never underestimate the entertainment value of reading something I wrote a year or so ago.

But the internet is a beautiful thing, and it would be a shame not to maximize its potential. So I’m moving forward. Let’s see where I’m headed.

ilife 09

I’ve been consumed recently with the latest version of iLife. My obsessive need to remain organized has resulted in hours of arranging photos based on Apple’s new face-recognition system (which sucks by the way). I uploaded a picture of my dad, and the message “Is this J Diaz?” popped up. I immediately closed my iPhoto in disgust.

The funny thing is I don’t even have all that many photos. I can’t imagine how much time I’ll be spending with the new Garageband and iMovie. It’s part of the reason I have yet to use either one of those. I have to focus on other things. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to add some more contacts to my address book.

I don’t remember how I came across this video, but it brought me back, way back. For those of you who have no idea what any of these are, you have my deepest sympathies.

Headed downtown with the lady to catch Sweeney Todd at the Ahmanson Theatre. As far as I could tell, the play was just as good if not better than the Depp film. Only difference was these actors played instruments at the same time (easier said than done).
